Composite Final Report (CFR)

One of the sixteen uniqueness of the EDPM Online is writing a Composite Final Report (CFR). After every module, a student is required to write a report summarising the major takeaways from each of the 5 modules. 5th module is optional which is related to visit to the George Washington University, Washington D.C., USA. Some of the key takeaways could be possibly be implemented at the workplace resulting in the measurable benefits.

However, writing a Composite Final Report (CFR) documents the overall change which could be brought to his/her department or to the company after going through the entire EDPM Online program.

If a person is self-sponsored, he/ she could voluntarily suggest to the management for possible improvements in the processes and practices in managing projects. A student within a company will ACT like an Internal Change Agent.

For those who are sponsored by the company, it is recommended that the senior management pays enough attention to review the recommendations from its participants and select at least 1 for implementation. The time frame for the implementation can be from 3 to 4 months.
